FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: first binding agent is component hardened with radiation. The second one is thermally hardened component that contains powder for modification of rheological properties of abrasive dispersion. Binder agent composition is mixed with abrasive grains in order to prepare abrasive dispersion. The latter is applied on base to prepare intermediate product with coating that contains abrasive layer. Intermediate product with coating is radiated to harden the first component of binding agent, and intermediate product is thermally treated in order to harden the second component of binding agent.
EFFECT: better manufacturability of abrasive products manufacture with improvement of their physical properties.
