SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the method of processing of isoprene byproducts from 4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane, consisting in division by rectification high-boiling the by-products formed at synthesis 4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane from isobutylene and formaldehyde in the presence of the acid catalyst, and the allocated from oil and water layers and being bottom the rectification rest 4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane, used for isoprene obtaining by decomposition on the calcium-phosphatic the catalyst including preliminary removal under vacuum from high-boiling by-products in the first column easy-boiling of wide fraction of hydrocarbons and subsequent stripping of the hydrocarbons from the remaining bottom product of the first column in the course of its processing by sharp water steam, and characterised that stripping of the easy-boiling wide fraction of hydrocarbons in the first column is performed at residual pressure of 0.00065-0.0055 MPa in the top part of the column with keeping of temperature of flash remained in the first column of the bottom product in limits of 115-130°C by temperature change in the bottom part of the first column in an interval of 165-185°C, the bottom product of the first column is directed to the second column on distillation with sharp water steam, and a mass parity water steam: the hydrocarbons are kept 2.5-4.0:1.0 at superfluous pressure in the second column 0.01-0.03 MPa, the first ready product - oxale is deduced from the second column with flash temperature 180-210°C, driven away from the top part of the second column of pair hydrocarbons and water after condensation submit to the third column and at superfluous pressure in the top part of a column 0.05-0.07 MPa the epaulet of the column consisting in basic from water steams, return in the top part of the second column, surplus after condensation submit on the biological clearing, obtained in the bottom part of the third column dioxane alcohol - oxanol is deduced in the form of the second ready product.
EFFECT: deeper extraction of valuable hydrocarbons and obtaining of heavy residue with flash heat, expansion of area of its use.
