SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mobile weapon systems of coastal basing and can be used at creation mobile coastal mobile antisurface rocket complexes.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of lifting of a launcher on a demanded angle of shooting in the conditions of the constrained space for placing of the elevating device; maintenance of simplicity of SPL dismantling for transportation by its railway transportation at the expense of placing of a command observation post and a launching site on the general demountable frame; reduction of time of loading ammunition rockets on SPL at the expense of installation of blocks of transport-starting containers on a transitive frame; maintenance of firing with full ammunition of rockets within a forward hemisphere at the rate of SPL to six targets.
