SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for combat purposes, border surveillance and struggle against terrorists. The battle complex of fast response contains at least one unit of remote operated small arms. The complex is carried out in the form of mobile installation and the stationary operating equipment. Thus mobile installation is carried out armoured, with the jet engines established on wings, with installation for shooting by rocket missiles, with unit of distantsionno-operated small arms placed from above in a forward unit of mobile installation and containing a videocamera of prompting, consolidated on the weapon. It contains drives of vertical and horizontal moving of the weapon, a drive of the trigger mechanism, connected by a communications channel with the controller of the weapon which is connected to the onboard computer. The onboard computer is connected to the send-receive device with the onboard aerial. The stationary control system contains the operating send-receive device with the operating computer having the monitor and a control mean, for example a "joystick".
