SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to rheumatology. The method of predicting of a course of the articulate form of rheumatoid arthritis is based on definition of concentration IL-1β in blood and level of the general antioxidant activity of whey of blood (AOA). On progressing factor rheumatoid arthritis which pays off under the formula (IL-1β/AOA), judge the current prediction of rheumatoid arthritis. At values of factor more than 12.9 predict adverse, and at less 12.9 predict favorable course of rheumatoid arthritis.
EFFECT: possibility to predict character of a current of the articulate form of rheumatoid arthritis with high probability that gives the chance to spend necessary therapy in due time.
