FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of electric engineering. Application in analog electronic circuits: electronic relay, tracing devices, oscillating circuits. Method for thyristor transistor switch control consists in the following: transistor switch (7) control electrode of any conductivity by positive shift is connected to thyristor switch (2) between thyristor anode (8) and diode cathode (9) or transistor collector or emitter. In this way transistor switch (7) base is isolated from connection with minos including connection via thyristor (8) control electrode. Alternating operating current flows via thyristor switch (2) from supply input (6) which is connected in oscillator unit into closed emitter circuit of transistor switch (7) with n-p-n-type conduction via intermediate resistors (18, 19). Thyristor (8) is opened by currents exceeding holding current and transits transistor switch (7) base into negative shift. Thyristor is closed by currents that are less than holding current and transits transistor switch (7) base into positive shift.
EFFECT: enhancement of thyristor functionality in direct current source allowing switching power transistor switches in comparison with logical level of 1 and 0.
