SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to data transfer networks. Preset cryptographic interconnection is provided between computer device and biometric device. Commands for initiating authorisation or registration sessions are received. Session packet is generated and encrypted and then transferred to the biometric device. The biometric information packet is received and decoded. Based on the content of the decoded packet of biometric information, it can be determined whether the set of biometric data, contained in the decoded packet should be used.
EFFECT: improved security of information interoperability with biometric device, which can be achieved on computer.
