SUBSTANCE: method of thermal drying of mud cement raw meal produced by wet grinding in dryer with waste gas heat recovery in cyclone heat exchanger to make dry powder, with separation of drying-generated vented steam of dry powder loaded in cyclone heat exchanger of dry method of cement clinker manufacturing line, includes drying of specified mud in steam-heated flow oven using recycled vented steam heated prior to be introduced in lower zone of dryer using indirect heat exchange with waste gases of cyclone heat exchanger of cement clinker manufacturing line. Partial vented steam flux corresponding to water evaporated from mud drying, is separated from working vented steam flux and drained as condensate after temperature level through vented steam compressor is increased and after penetration through heating surface in dryer.

EFFECT: lower instrumental costs for cement dehydration and mud drying.
