FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to phosphate cementing material and can be used for production of high-temperature materials and coatings, magnesia unmolded refractory (ramming mixtures and concrete). Magnesium phosphoric acid cement contains wt %: magnesium oxide -24.05÷32.03, orthophosphoric acid - 67.97÷75.95. Magnesium oxide is treated in ball ring mill within 2-10 minutes with 0.01-3% magnesium dihydrophosphate added. Magnesium phosphoric acid cement contains either reactive magnesium oxide, or caustic magnesite, or sintered magnesite as magnesium oxide.
EFFECT: inhibition of magnesium phosphoric acid cementation, higher adhesive strength, reduced cost of technological process.
