FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of combined production of carbamide and melamine consisting that carbamide is produced using carbamide plant designed as so-called CO2- or ammonia desorber and including high pressure section for carbamide synthesis containing at least one carbamide synthesis reactor, desorber and urethane condenser, interconnected to form essentially isobaric closed loop, and section of carbamide release from urethane aqueous solution. Melamine is produced using melamine plant containing melamine synthesis section. Waste gases formed as by-products of melamine synthesis are selected from melamine plant at pressure within 2 and 30 bars, and delivered back to high pressure carbamide synthesis section.
EFFECT: higher yield of carbamide and lower power inputs.
