SUBSTANCE: to normalise adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) secretion in arterial hypertension (AH) patients with metabolic syndrome (MS), complex therapy is administered that includes: individually chosen low-calorie diet, calculated by formula; age, sex, and physical activity level being taken into account; as well as measured exercise, and valsartane in dose of 80 mg every morning.
EFFECT: complete normalisation of ADP and ATP secretion by platelets; normalisation of platelet function.
