FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to torpedoes. The aviation torpedo represents an axisymmetric body housing an explosion device, a compressed air cylinder, an air-operated turbine and a control system. The aforesaid body accommodates a fuel vessel and a fluid-propellant gas-turbine engine with an air intake, a compressor, a combustion chamber and a turbine. The fuel tank is furnished with a fuel line accommodating a fuel pimp with a drive. The aforesaid air-operated turbine is connected to the gas-turbine rotor for it to be used as a screw propeller forcing the torpedo towards the target. The aforesaid body accommodates also four rotary hydro aerodynamic rudders. The control system contains the onboard computer connected to the controller of rudders.
EFFECT: increase of torpedo attack accuracy.
