SUBSTANCE: invention concerns spectroscopy field. Method consists in measuring of intensity of fluorescence, as a dye sensitive to presence of halogenide-ions in a solution use fluorescing 3,7,13,17-tetrabutyl-2,8,12,18-tetramethyl-porphyrine, and concentration of halogenide-ions judge under the measured relation of peak intensity of fluorescence on the chosen wave length to the corresponding quantity measured for dye in a reference solution, not containing halogenide-ions, or under the measured relation of integrated intensity of fluorescence to the corresponding quantity measured for dye in a reference solution, or on duration of fluorescence.

EFFECT: increase of sensitivity and expansion of a gamut of measured concentrations of halogenide-ions in solutions.
