FIELD: household objects and personal effects.
SUBSTANCE: epilation device comprises body intended for holding in hand, electric motor that rotates rotary drum around central shaft, comprising one or several rows of tweezers, and drive facilities. Tweezers are formed by two plates installed next to each other in longitudinal direction of shaft. At least one of plates is movable. Drive facilities communicate reciprocal motion to specified plates in direction of each other. Two movable plates are connected in their base by link, forming together movable monoblock component. At least two parallel installed movable monoblock components are part of one and the same row of rotary drum and are partially displaced in angular direction relative to each other. At that plates of two serial rows are displaced in angular direction along periphery of rotary drum.
EFFECT: better gripping of hair in process of epilation during the whole service life and reduction of shaft dimensions in longitudinal direction.
