Abstract RU 2345808 C1

FIELD: heating systems; fire equipment.

SUBSTANCE: generator consists of a cylindrical casing on the one side whereof located is a burner device, and on the other one - a flue and a coil with inlet and outlet connection pipes, which is located inside the casing and provided with flat spirals. Coil with inlet and outlet connection pipes consists of two parts one of which is located on the burner device side and made in the form of a cylindrical spiral located coaxially relative to the casing along its internal wall, and the other coil part is made in the form of a solid construction which occupies internal volume of cylindrical casing on the side of the flue and consists of layers of tubes located in each layer in the form of zigzags with equal pitch; at that the plane of each layer of zigzag tubes is parallel to the casing axis, and width of each layer of zigzag tubes is equal to the distance between internal walls of the appropriate longitudinal section of cylindrical casing; at that all layers are connected parallel so that centres of tube bending circles in adjacent layers of zigzag tubes are offset by one pitch relative one to the other.

EFFECT: extending the heating surface, and intensifying heat exchange, long service life and operating reliability of generator.
