FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in synthesis of antioxidant additives for synthetic lubrication oils, instrument oil, rubber technical mixture and other organic materials, prone to oxidation. The additive is obtained from alkylation of aromatic amines with olefins in the presence of silica-alumina bead catalyst at 140-160°C and 8-10 atm pressure. The olefins used can be diisobutylene, diisobutylene fraction of a polymer distillate, trimers, tetramers and pentamers of propylene and olefins with a straight chain, obtained during thermal cracking of soft and hard paraffins. The aromatic amines used can be diphenylamine, N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine and others.
EFFECT: improvement of antioxidant properties of the obtained additives: reduction of the acid number of lubrication oil, reduction of viscosity and reduction of the quantity of residue.
