FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: suggestion is related to construction and repair of man made structures, namely to devices and accessories for production of works related to concreting of construction structures and buildings, and may be used in erection of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Thermosetting false work shield comprises bottom with reinforcing member installed on its external side, heating and thermo-insulating elements. Thermo-insulating and heating elements are installed in stiffening member, heating element is fixed to bottom, and stiffening member is arranged in the form of previously stressed thin-walled shell. Fastening elements arranged, for instance in the form of angles and mating elements for connection of adjacent shields are provided along shield diameter. It is preferable to produce thermo-insulating element in the form of solidified sealing foam and bottom from thin-walled metal sheet. Thermosetting false work shield is manufactured in the following manner. Bottom is produced from thin-walled metal sheet. Stiffening member arranged in the form of elastic deformation thin-walled metal closed shell is fixed to bottom. Heating element is installed into stiffening member and fixed to bottom. Stiffening member is installed with precision gap into detachable deformation limiter. Space of stiffening member is filled with liquid self-hardening and expanding thermo-insulating material, for instance foam. At that deformation limiter prevents stiffening member shell from rupture in case of sealing foam expansion and hardening, and provides creation of rated prestressed loads in shell. Shield weight, dimensions and capacity are reduced due to stiffening member prestressing. False work is assembled from shields. Shields are fixed to each other by means of fastening elements. False work panels may be assembled from separate shields. Sealing foam provides reliable thermal insulation of heating elements, which reduces power intensity of device during its operation by reduction of heat losses. Fastening of heating element to false work and bottom making from thin-walled metal sheet makes it possible to produce even heating of concrete product and reduces power losses.
EFFECT: structure weight-saving and cheapening of its manufacture at simultaneous of device power intensity during its operation.
