FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: has turbine plant incorporates a compressor, a combustion chamber, a high-pressure turbine and a free power turbine, an outer casing channel being arranged between the above turbines. The three-wall outer casing consists of external, central and internal single-piece casings. Thermal insulation is provided between the internal and central casings. An air chamber is arranged between the external and central casings to communicate with the compressor intermediate stage and with the transition channel flow passage. The central casing front part is rigidly jointed to the external casing and, telescopically streamwise and axially, to the rear part. The internal casing is arranged telescopically and radially relative to the external casing and is fitted on radial sleeves of thermocouples. The external casing accommodates the gas bypass valves communicating via groups of holes in the internals casing with the transition channel flow passage. The number of holes groups is equal to the number of valves. The holes in the above groups are located primarily on the external side of the said valve shut-off part projection onto the internal casing and are separated from the said space with thermal insulation by a sealing tape laid all along the edges. The number of thermocouple sleeves exceeds the number of the gas turbine combustion chamber flame tube by two.
EFFECT: higher reliability, lower costs ensured by reduction in transition channel external casing temperature and bypassing portion of gas from above transition channel in starting conditions.
