FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used for bombardment in day-night all-weather conditions. The bomb guidance system uses the inertial satellite navigation system. The bomb structural aerodynamics allows a minor static stability that makes it possible for low-power small-area fin steering gas drives to move the bomb to major angles of attack, thus facilitating notably its maneuverability. The bomb guidance system generates steep hitting trajectories that, allowing for increased combat load plus higher aerodynamic parameters, provides for higher hitting efficiency and accuracy. Note also that its day-night and all-weather performances are from limiting operating capabilities of combat aircraft. Note also that the proposed bomb exploits the "drop to forget" principle and allows employing both a ballistic algorithm and a "drop wherefrom-it-is-desired from" one.
EFFECT: day-night and all-weather operation without limiting aircraft combat performances.
