FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for processing of cements and other components of cementation mixtures applied in cementation of oil wells, and also in construction, chemical, mining and other industries for production of activated materials. Mobile disintegrator plant comprises activator with the following components joined via couplings - electric motors, bunker-feeder, then receiving tray with loading bucket chains, magnet separator, auger hoppers, unloading unit, power supply system installed on the common frame. Frame has the following components installed on it - bunker-feeder, cyclone-unloader connected to cyclone-dust separator, under which dust collector is installed, fan for generation of double-phase flow in activator, and rotary valve and bucket chain are used for supply of finished product from cyclone-unloader to bunker-feeder. All units of mobile disintegrator plant are connected between each other with the help of such pipelines as product pipeline, mixture pipeline, air duct, dust duct. Magnet separator is installed under receiving tray at bunker-feeder, unit of unloading comprises rotary valve with drive and joined mixer, to one end of which compressed air is supplied, and sleeve for supply of material for unloading is connected to the other, at that inside bunker-accumulator and bunker-feeder aeration facilities are installed to facilitate material unloading, and power supply system includes panel that consists of body fixed in frame, inside of which control unit is contained that comprises units of power supply, control and monitoring, and also operator chair, oil heater and lamp are available.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing, lower power inputs in plant operation, higher reliability, improvement of operation and ecological conditions in place of works performance.
