FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers intended for storage and transportation of ammunition, particularly, to containers. The multiway collapsible metal container contains a bottom with thrust bars and grid-like walls with rigid crosswise links, the said walls being tied up by quick release links. It also comprises grid-like cover with ties provided with mounting holes, the bottom being arranged in the box-like base the end faces of which two threaded rods are attached. The lateral walls rest upon the bottom. The end face walls are furnished with through slots to receive the aforesaid rods and with load-bearing angle-pieces that envelope the base from below and the lateral walls from above. The container is provided with threaded rods to be received in the cover tie mounting holes. Note that all threaded rods are rigidly fastened together with the help of nuts. The cover ties are furnished with ledges, while the thrust bars are furnished with the slots to interact with the said ledges of the other container on stacking.
EFFECT: functional reliability and adaptability for all types of transportation lifting jobs.
