FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to electrical engineering and electric machine-building, particularly to cooling of electric machines and relates to design features of liquid-cooled stators. The essence of the invention lies in that, in the stator of the electric machine, the stator core, comprising packets and thermal elements with channels for cooling liquid in between the packets, is sealed in a casing. The thermal elements on the side of the casing, at a partially radial depth, have smaller thickness, forming ring channels between packets, and have O-rings on both sides. On one side of the inner diameter of the casing there is axial channel with partition walls, dividing ring channels into groups. On the opposite side of the casing there is another axial channel with other partition walls. Both channels with corresponding partition walls form a chain coupling of channel groups and have inlets and outlets.
EFFECT: reduced labour input in making the stator, increasing reliability of the stator at the same time.
