FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: crusher comprises bed plate, flywheel, fixed and movable crushing jaws, axis of hinged suspension of movable jaw that rests by its bearings onto side walls of bed plate, eccentric drive, connecting rod, V-belt drive, parts of connecting rod fastening to movable jaw and connecting rod. Movable jaw has suspension point in lower half of bed plate at the height that is equal to 1/3 of its length, at the point of suspension both jaws have bending relative to central axes of jaws, which is directed to the side of movable jaw installation so that in process of movable jaw motion upper and lower chambers of crushing are created, in which material crushing is done alternately: once in upper chamber - coarse crushing, once in lower chamber - fine crushing, excluding idle run.
EFFECT: increased extent of crushing and reduction of power consumption.
