FIELD: agriculture, engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: press for pelleting of feeds comprises a bin for feeds, cylindrical casing with discharge hole, rotor with blades, hydraulic mechanism with a hydraulic tank and a shutter. The aforesaid rotor is accommodated in the said cylindrical casing with gap formed between the latter and the rotor blades. The shutter extends from the casing and into the circular chamber and is fitted in the guides to reciprocate relative to the casing on pressing the feeds between the shutter and rotor blade. The said hydraulic mechanism allows opening the shutter to push a briquette forward to the discharge hole and to move it back into initial position. The aforesaid shutter represents a trapezoid or triangle with a smaller base or an apex directed towards the rotor. The hydraulic mechanism incorporates a hydraulic cylinder is connected, via a system of pipelines, with the aforesaid hydraulic tank and drain valve, a pressure roller being mounted on one of its ends. A bypass valve is fitted between the hydraulic tank and hydraulic cylinder note that the shutter has a recess for the said pressure roller to get in contact with the said recess.

EFFECT: higher quality of pelleting of feeds plus reduced power consumption.
