SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used for oil producing well killing during repairs, for example. The base for kill fluids and well completion consists of a mixture of products of processing sylvinite and carnallite ore, with moisture of not more than 4 wt % and a dry mixture of water-repellent agent, salting inhibitor and a surface-active substance, with the following ratio of components, in wt %: potassium chloride not less than 25, sodium chloride not less than 40, magnesium chloride not more than 4, insoluble substance not more than 2, dry mixture of water-repellent agent, salting inhibitor and surface active substance not less than 0.055.
EFFECT: better quality of oil producing well kill fluid.
