FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: functional physical activity is accompanied with electrocardiointervalography and pneumointervalography monitoring. Besides prior to, during and after physical activity, pneumocycle (PC) and cardiocycle (RR) duration is evaluated, while cardiorespiratory gating factor (CRGF) is calculated by formula PC/(PC-RR), and stress mode is detected. Herewith CRGF value within 10% concerning standard 1.309 indicates optimal stress mode and satisfactory functional condition; CRGF increased to 15% concerning standard indicates functional stress condition corresponding to stress degree; CRGF increased more than to 25% concerning standard indicates overstress condition and stress intensity magnification range; CRGF decreased more than by 10% concerning standard shows unfavourable stress and resolution of physical activity intolerance.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reduced analysis time.
