Leg supports (25) are fixed on two levers (23), each of which is hinged (21) to carriage (7) with provision for sideway rotation so that, levers (23) can be used as a wheel stop when one of them rotates. Leg supports (25) are on the sides of the front swivel wheel.
EFFECT: easier use due to reduction of the wheel base.
