FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the building namely to construction. The construction contains a case of transverse arches and longitudinal bearers, longitudinal rolls and membranes. Membranes lie freely on the bearers. The construction is equipped with flexible tension bars. Tension bars lie on the bearers beyond the edges of membranes. By one end tension bars are secured with the roll winding round it. By the opposite end tensions bars are secured with the case with strength increasing stretching of the members by wind. Each membrane is secured by its square edge with the roll, and by the opposite edge with the case. The roll is arranged on the arches rolling along them and winding round it of the membrane in the direction opposite to the winding of the tension bars round it.

EFFECT: acceleration of displacement of membranes against the case and decrease of load over the construction.
