SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the measuring technics and building, namely - to the hydrolevels intended for determination of excess of one point of a construction over another, in particular to application of a rubber ring as the mobile score of level of the fluid sweepping a flask of hydrolevel. Rubber ring of round traversal section is applied as the mobile score of level of the fluid sweepping with a negative allowance the transparent flask of hydrolevel.

EFFECT: provision of simplification of the mobile score, its reliability, and also on maintenance of convenience of operation and adaptability to manufacture of the making up.
