SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and particularly, to devices intended for fastening and routing cables, communication lines and may be used for fastening cables of different dimensions. The device consists of a basis (1) and movable insulation elements (2) and (3) fastened along the longitudinal axis. The insulation elements (2) and (3) are grooved and provided with a cross recess. Locks are represented with plates inserted into the insulation element grooves.
EFFECT: reliable and easy fastening of cable and reduced labour consumption during installation works.
