FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of atomisation of liquids and can be used in chemical, metallurgic, varnish-and-paint, food industry. Liquid atomiser with adjustable cowl contains stand-up case with collector cavity and a hole in the case wall for feeding of operating fluid. There is a nipple in the case, covered by collector cavity with one or more lengthwise channels for fluid supply, situated in a circumferential direction related to nipple axis of symmetry. There are not less than two nosepieces connected to collector cavity set on the case in a circumferential direction related to nipple axis of symmetry. Every nosepiece is set with possibility of changing of nozzle inclination in the plane, going through its nosepiece axis of symmetry and nipple axis of symmetry. Before nipple end on the part of operating fluid feeding nose pieces there is a cowl, which can perform axial movement and is situated in axial alignment with nipple axis of symmetry. The cowl is comprised as collet, which is represented as a body of revolution with increasing cross-section area in direction of jet efflux of operating fluid. There is a set screw for opening collet blades inside the collet. On the outside surface of the collet there is an elastic tube, covering collet blades.

EFFECT: infinitely variable control of degree of liquid dispergation.
