FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing of building products. Extrusion device used for manufacturing concrete plates, and namely hollow-core ones, consists of a movable frame with a hopper used for supply of building mixture, a moulding bottom, side moulding elements made in the form of longitudinal flanges located along moulding bottom on both sides, and at least one working member consisting of a rod with a hollow shaft installed thereon so that it can be rotated from drive; hollow shaft is connected with a hollow screw the loose end whereof is connected with hole-forming cores located between longitudinal flanges. At that rod, screw and hole-forming cores are located coaxially, and rod is provided with a drive for periodic back-and-forth movement in axial direction. In addition hole-forming cores are hinged to hollow screw and rigidly attached to the rod the other end of which is equipped with additional drive of periodic back-and-forth movement. Moreover drives of periodic back-and-forth movement of the rod are made based on the fact that the rod movement value is divisible by the value of average pitch of helical line of the screw.
EFFECT: increasing density and strength of produced concrete products.
