FIELD: metal working.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metal deformation process field and can be used in constructions of vertical type hydraulic presses of different destination. Device is provided for protection of guide rails of press stand bridge, located in basement blind area, during displacement of in-out table from the press axis to maintenance area. Device contains built-up bridging of blind area aperture in the form of plate and attached to it in-out table apron. Plate and apron are installed flush with level of department floor on pressure pads of basement coating, implemented in the form of guide rails of apron displacement. At that counter feather of butted ends of plate and apron is provided at displacement of apron unearthing plate from guide rails with following climbing and its folding on apron cloth. For this in the end of apron plate is outfitted by spherical linkage, and plate cloth is implemented of articulated members- plates.

EFFECT: it is provided implementation in production area of stepless pad press, in the level of department floor, with keeping of ability to protect guide rails during table in-out from under the press and backwards into operation position.
