FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: automatic isokinetic aerosol sampler contains air pipe, air flow meter, air flow booster mounted at the outlet of air pipe, and air flow controller. The air pipe is square profiled and three-parted. The upper horizontal part represents a nozzle equipped with mobile gate thus varying sectional area with the aperture aligned towards incoming air flow. The nozzle is connected to the central vertical part representing rotating column. The lower part is perpendicular to the vertical part and is directed against the upper horizontal part. The lower part of air pipe contains tandem metering capacity representing detachable joint. Besides, air flow meter and air flow booster are mounted then.

EFFECT: correct aerosol sampling from running air flow herewith considering directional changes.
