SUBSTANCE: block of dialogue permission of a vocal browser of multimode dialogue uses the multimode marked document with the fields having the forms based on a marking, connected with each field and defining fragments. The driver of a vocal browser is resident in the communication device and gives fragments and identifiers which identify fragments. Realisation of a vocal browser is resident in a remote vocal server and receives fragments from the driver and loads the set of speech grammars. The entered speech is compared with these speech grammars, connected with the corresponding identifiers received in inquiry of recognition of speech from the driver of a vocal browser.

EFFECT: maintenance of multimode dialogue of devices with the limited resources at insignificant updating of software and in the absence of necessity for external synchronisation.
