FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology, namely to agents for straightening of hair and reduction of volume of hair. The composition for straightening of hair and reduction of volume of hair, includes i) carbamamidine salt, chosen of a carbamamidine carbonate, guanidine sulphate and guanidine phosphate; and ii) xanthine having the following formula: 
in which R1, R2 and R3 are independently chosen from H, replaced or not replaced C1-C5 alkyl groups which replaced or have been not replaced C2-C5 alkenyl groups, aryl groups, arylalkyl groups or their admixtures, in particular caffeine. In addition the composition can include a diacid, its salt or their admixtures, in particular the adipic acid, the conditioning agent on cationic or silica to a basis and the water basis. Inventions application of the specified composition for straightening of hair and reduction of volume of hair and a way of processing of hair by drawing on hair of the specified composition concerns also.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of straightening and reduction of hair volume.
