FIELD: technological processes; heating.
SUBSTANCE: thin-sheet material is used in power plants that operate in mediums of high temperature (600°C) and high pressure (25 MPa). Method for manufacture of plate heat exchanger includes formation of disks packet with ribbed surfaces and channels for passage of coolants on one side and with flat surfaces on the other side. Disks assembly in packet is done in process accessory with contact of ribbed surfaces of some disks and flat surfaces of neighboring disks. In process of assembly solder is attached in the form of foil to flat surface of disks. Solder used is copper-manganese alloy of brand PM17. Packet of disks on top and bottom is closed with bottoms that have ribs and channels for flow of coolants. Assembled structure is placed into cylindrical shell of heat exchanger body, which has previously been heated to the temperature, at which internal diameter of body cylindrical shell will be more than external diameter of disks packet by 0.1÷0.15 mm. Then upper cover is welded to cylindrical shell and bushing, and lower cover is connected to cylindrical shell and bushing via compensators of linear shifts arranged in the form of metal semi-corrugations. Soldering of assembled structure is done in furnace filled with inertial gas with pressure of 0.05÷0.06 MPa. All parts of heat exchanger are made of heat resistant chrome and nickel alloy of brand EI435.
EFFECT: high mechanical strength of soldered packet of ribbed plates and plate heat exchanger as a whole.
