FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rubber-processing industry, particularly to fluoroelastomer rubber compounds and can be used for making general mechanical rubber goods running in corrosive medium at higher temperatures. Rubber compound contains, weight fractions: vinyliden fluoride copolymer with hexafluoropropylene "СКФ"-26 75-77, ternary copolymer of vinyliden fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene "СКФ"-264 of Mooney viscosity 50-79 units at 120°C 23-25, magnesium oxide 11.0-11.3, barium sulphate 15.0-15.4, calcium fluoride 11.0-11.5, calcium hydroxide 0.1-0.2, resorcin 0.60-0.63, triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBAC) 0.30-0.31, carnauba wax 1.15, carbon black N 660 0.40-0.46.
EFFECT: lower hardness, improved processing characteristics and maintained physical-mechanical properties.
