FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: method is related to hydrometallurgy and may be used, in particular in leaching of nonferrous, rare and noble metals ores. Method of gold-bearing ore blasting preparation for leaching includes drilling of shot holes, delineation of zones with different level of gold content, installation of explosive charges (EC) in shot holes and blasting of EC. Drilling of shot holes and installation of EC in shot holes is performed differentially in zones. In zones enriched with metal and background zones with specific consumption of EC, which provides for size of disintegrated ores partings required for efficient excavation. In sections transitional between these zones - with increased specific consumption of EC, which provides for effect of dispersed gold microaggregation and formation of developed network of microcracks in ore partings after blasting. Blasting initiation is carried out with short delay in transitional sections relative to enriched and background zones.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of leaching, due to provision of higher microcracking of blasted ore and dispersed gold microaggregation in it, and to increase extraction.
