SUBSTANCE: device contains dielectric layer suspended between screens with strip metal conductor of resonator superimposed on the first surface and the strip metal conductor identical under the shape and arrangement to conductor on the first surface is superimposed on the second surface of the substrate. It allows to increment considerable natural quality factor of the strip resonator and accordingly to reduce losses in the filter pass band on its basis, without deterioration of its mass and dimensions parameters.

EFFECT: having applied structural substrate in which between stratums strip conductors identical under shape and arrangement to strip conductors on exterior surfaces settle down, it is possible to increase quality factor of the declared resonator.
