FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology of tobacco refuse processing. The method includes common melilot blooms extraction by nonpolar liquefied gas to obtain the specified extract; mixing of the tobacco materials with liquid carbon dioxide; its extraction and blending together with periodical depressurising in the extraction mixture with pressure lower than of the moist steam of carbon dioxide at the extraction temperature; separation of miscella and oil meal; slurring the oil meal in the water solution of edible acid; introducing of edible polyalcohol in the liquor; its forming, drying till residual humidity of 13-15%; cutting and steeping in gas-liquid common melilot blooms extract and separated CO₂ miscella with simultaneous pressure increase; depressurising to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of soaked carbon dioxide and its distillation to obtain in the residue the target product.

EFFECT: decrease of the duration of technological process, obtaining the reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties.
