SUBSTANCE: invention refers to valve construction, and is designed for shutting down or opening the flow area of the pipelines via which gaseous or liquid media flow. Flap valve includes two similar designs. Each design consists of a housing with a flange, and at least three flaps and a drive, which are hinged. Three flaps comprise a hollow pyramid when their edges are closed. Two similar designs are fastened together with holders so that edges of their flaps are in contact when in open position.
EFFECT: enlarging range of valves having flaps.
