FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to magnet-metering technology and navigation instrument making. Specified result is achieved by the fact that in navigation magnetometer that comprises three orthogonally oriented flux gates; sensitivity axes of which are matched to appropriate axes of object, three amplifiers that are connected by their outlets via resistances of feedback to compensation windings, and by their inlets - to outlets of metering windings of appropriate flux gates, and noise compensator connected to outlets of amplifiers, which differs by the fact that metering and compensation windings of every flux gate are connected differentially by DC and are connected to outlets of noise compensator scale unit that correspond to flux gates, and scale units. According to the first version, are arranged in the form of chains of alternate connection of alternating resistance and commutator, and according to the second version - in the form of chains of serial connection of resistance and potentiometer.

EFFECT: miniaturisation of navigation magnetometer with provision of high accuracy of measurement of Earth magnetic field induction vector component on board of movable object.
