DEVICE FOR CRUSHING OF LUMP CEMENT PARTICLES Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B02C4/12 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities of works mechanisation during production of concrete mix namely to devices for crushing of lump cement fragments after its unpacking into receiving device. Device for crushing of lump cement particles consists of loading accessory with the possibility to supply unpacked cement to inclined sieve grate with slot width between grate bars that corresponds to permissible maximum size of lump cement particles in its finished weight. Receiving hopper for finished cement is installed under sieve grate. Behind lower edge of sieve grate inclined plate is installed stepwise with the possibility to roll heavy cylindrical roller on its surface. Axis of roller with the help of two traction rods is kinematically connected to crank-and-rod mechanism equipped with drive. Free-wheeling clutches are installed on roller axis on both sides with the possibility of roller rotation provision in direction of sieve grate and its braking in case of reversion. Under lower edge of plate at the joint of receiving hopper and hopper for crushed lump cement particles gate is installed with the possibility of its turn relative to horizontal axis and fixation.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase process of mechanisation and automation of cement unloading into receiving device with simultaneous separation of lump particles and their crushing prior to supply into receiving device.
