FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be implemented in small-sized installations for gas preparing. The following is performed: supply of formation gas into an input slotted separator with a storage capacitor, purifying the said gas from mechanical impurities and condensed moisture in the slotted separator, collection and partial de-gassing of liquid phase in the storage capacitor, and successive gas supply into a thermo-dynamic separator with an ejector. Gas separation is performed to preset depth of dewatering for tank gas. Also gas separation is performed with simultaneous cooling due to swirling and acceleration of gas flow to a rate close and above sonic speed and due to utilisation of gas freed in the storage capacitor. Gas temperature exceeding the temperature of hydrate formation is facilitated at the output from the ejector. An installation of gas preparing includes the slotted separator for purifying formation gas from mechanical impurities and liquid phase, the storage capacitor for collecting and partial de-gassing of liquid phase, the thermo-dynamic separator with ejector, in the nozzle of which a facility for swirling the gas flow in tangential direction is installed, a mixing chamber, onto input of which part of gases of de-gassing from the storage capacity are ejected, and a diffuser creating gauge gap with the mixing chamber for draining liquid phase into the storage capacitor. The installation is designed to accelerate flow to the rate close and above sonic speed.
EFFECT: obtaining required quality of prepared gas with minimal number of facilities, also compactness, reduced metal consumption, and reduced consumption of inhibitor of hydrate formation.
