FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to inertial propellers with electrodynamic drive and may be used, for instance, to realise toys movement with their gliding in air. Inertial propeller comprises body, in which two inertial mechanisms operating synchronously from common drive are installed symmetrically to each other. Every of them is equipped with inertial elements arranged with the possibility of rolling in arc-shaped guide plates arranged in the form of curvilinear holders. Every holder comprises race for inertial element and is limited on its ends by shock absorbers and connected by means of covers on top and bottom with the other holder. Every inertial element is connected by means of telescopic connection to drive represented by electromagnetic coil. Guides are installed parallel to geometric axis of body passing through points of holder main focuses location, and guides are arranged with the possibility of holding ends of telescopic joints and realisation of reciprocal and angular motion.
EFFECT: increased value of resultant of unbalanced inertia forces of directed action.
