FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: photoelectric module comprises frontal panel 1 of silicate glass with lens concentrators 2 of silicon on its internal side, side walls 3, and also back panel 4, on upper side of which on heat-conductive bases 5 solar cells 6 are installed, as well as additional optic elements 7 coaxial to them. Additional optic elements 7 are installed on heat-conductive bases 5 around solar photoelectric cells 6 and are included into units 8 for protection of solar photoelectric cells. Unit 8 for protection of solar photoelectric cells may be arranged in the form of buses 9 that are tightly installed on heat-conductive bases 5 and are made from dielectric materials with current-conducting metallised coatings 10, 11 on both sides.

EFFECT: increased reliability, service life and increased energy delivery performance of photoelectric module by exclusion of degradation processes appearances in characteristics of solar cells of photoelectric module, which are stipulated by violation of parameters of gas medium that surrounds solar photoelectric cells of module.
