FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises the first and the second accumulator batteries connected in parallel, discharging order switch containing two diodes installed in positive terminals of batteries the cathodes of which are connected to common point, main buses, discharge regulator containing two aggregates connected in parallel each one of which contains thyratron motor, common shaft and thyratron generator. In this system generators of above mentioned aggregates are connected to discharge buses from which electric energy is passed to consumers. Negative discharge bus is directly connected with negative main bus, and positive discharge bus is connected with positive terminal of the second mentioned battery via isolation diode. Its cathode is connected with anode of the first diode of discharging order switch.
EFFECT: prolongation of system operational life due to the fact that part of discharge buses power is returned to recharge the mentioned batteries.
