SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used for converting 0.4 kV, 50 Hz voltage into current with given amplitude and frequency, which are put into phases AB, BC, CA of a 0.4 kV three-phase electric power line without processing it with high-frequency chokes.

EFFECT: reduced power used by the oscillator compared to the prototype; in open phase mode in a 10 kV network, allows for transmission of remote control signals from a dispatcher point to controlled stations for routine switching controlled devices; elimination of switching surge voltages.
