FIELD: forestry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry, precisely to equipment for brushwood chipping. The device for brushwood chipping consists of a body frame, loading chuck, chip supply unit, chopper, belt drive and drive shaft. The body frame of the loading chuck has conical shape, and its smaller base is fixed to the chopper, and the plane of the larger base services as an inlet for brushwood supply. A feed gear is mounted inside of the body frame of the loading chuck. It consists of finger actuated feed unit, the axis of which is fixed in the base of the inlet's bottom part, and transport rollers fixed in two rows perpendicularly to the outer side walls of the body frame of the loading chuck. The frame of a lifting device consisting of hydraulic cylinder, pipeline, oil tank, is pivotally fixed from the inner side walls of the body frame of the finger actuated feed unit. Moreover, rotary cutters are fixed in the bottom part of the inlet in the motion plane of the frame of the lifting device from the inner side of the side walls of the body frame of the loading chuck. In addition, the rotary cutters are fixed rigidly with consoles on the finger actuated feed unit, rotational movement of the feed unit is provided with pulley system and V-belt transmission, connected with the drive through reducing gear.
EFFECT: invention chips brushwood well irrespective of shape and size, also excludes manual labour when supplying brushwood into the body frame of the loading chuck.
